What is the cost to have you setup my website?
There is NO charge for the initial setup and installation of your website. This service is included.
What if I need you to take care of my web site?
We do offer web site maintenance. We will take care of such things as FTP uploading, email setup, even the updating of your web pages and site [through our parent company]. We charge $25.00 hr for this service.
What if I just need help with something related to my web site?
We offer full 24/7 support. You can contact us for any problems or questions that you may have at any time. Please see our CONTACT METHODS page
Do you offer dial-up Internet access?
No we do not provide dial-up Internet access.
Will I be able to change and update my web pages on a regular basis?
Yes, you will be able to update your web page at any time using FTP. There are no additional charges for updating your web site, so you can update it as often as you want.
Do you offer web page design services?
Lawra Communications [our parent company] has their own web page design services department that will help you design the perfect webpage for your company or individual needs with the information you want to be shown on your Web site.

How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once we have received your request for the registration or transfer of a Domain Name it takes approximately 48 hours to complete the Domain Name Registration process.
What is the InterNIC fee for domain registration?
Through our Registrar the following prices apply:
com/net/org/ca - $25.00 [CND] per year
Domain Transfers are the same price with the life of the registration being extended for one year from the time of transfer.
